It's supposed to be in your chest. Have you checked your inventory after opening the chest? If it's not there try finding the chest in the Black Emporium. There is a chest full of free goodies, might show up there.

its fadeshreder and the lion shield. i still don't have them. i figured out its because the game somehow switched my log in email. i have contacted EA about it
