So Im to the point where I should be going into the Deep Road. I have paid the fifty gold. Talked to Bartrand. Verric says we should talk in private. Im guessing this is where I should be heading over to the Hanged Man to talk to Verric. Only problem is that it wont let me go to the Hanged Man. I have tried everything that I can think of. I have taken him out of my party. Left him in the party. Gone to different areas. I have two quests pending. The Hearbalist quest. Which I havent gotten through the magic barrier out past the graveyard in Sundermount to finish it. Then theres the Hanged Man,.
Im basically to a stand still. As far as I can see there is nothing left to do but the Deep Road, and it will not let me. HELP!!!!

How are you trying to get into the Hanged Man? From quick-traveling via the world map? If I remember correctly, the first time you enter the Hanged Man you need to actually walk to the entrance from Lowtown.
