The firewalker pack should have been opened up then. You download it the same way as you download Zaeed. It's the one where you take the Hammerhead vehicle to several different planets and track down doctors Cayce and O'Loy. When you finish the last mission it adds a sphere to your cabin, on top of the table on the lower level.

2) The 2 highest rated DLCs so far were Overlord, and Lair of the Shadowbroker. Arrival will be...arriving soon, and will likely be one of the higher rated DLCs of ME.

Overlord was rated higher than Kasumi? REALLY?

Let me attach an YMMV to that one, Overlord isn't bad by any stretch of imagination, but I thought both Kasumi and LotSB were awesome.

Kasumi's mission wasn't bad by any standard, but ultimately it was just a polished mission. Overlord offered a lot more content and did some genuinely new things with the ME2 gameplay.

Interesting, that many wait to play LotSB until last.  Four possible upgrades through Delivery Pickup and the ability to redistribute squad skill points for a reasonable cost in Eezo seems to me a good reason to do it earlier.  As the Delivery Pickups are somewhat random, you need game time to go back and forth and harvest all the benefits.  As far as RPG goes, I treat LotSB as Shep's "Loyalty Mission," so-to-speak, but my Shep romanced Liara in ME, so it makes more sense for him to take time out to help her.  I did LotSB after completing Liara's minor quests once Illium was unlocked in my first game with it installed and it worked out well.  In a subsequent game I waited until near the end or the game, and regretted it.

I find Kasumi's and Zaeed's bonus powers quite useful (for them; my Shep doesn't use them as a bonus power), and so tend to do their Loyalty Missions early.  The Locust is a good weapon and nice to have asap, and Flashbang Grenades make for some fun tactical gameplay.  I have a patient, methodical approach and enjoy running with complimentary snipers on many missions, so Zaeed's Squad Disruptor Ammo (on their ARs) paired with Garrus' Squad Armor Piercing Ammo (on their SRs) make for a lot of flexibility in dealing with both armor and shields, as does Zaeed's Inferno Grenades and Garrus' Overload, respectively.  This also allows me to use either/or on my various weapons.  But I digress--I do Kasumi's and Zaeed's Loyalty Missions early so they can use their special powers, and Garrus' as soon as I can too, for the same reason.

Now that I've played through a few times, depending on the class of Shep I'm playing, the order in which I complete missions and assignments is also influenced by the rewards offered (upgrades), so Shep and his favorite squad members can reap the benefits of their most useful upgrades earlier.

-Kasumi (Locust)
-Zaeed
-Suicide Mission-
-Lair of the Shadow Broker
-Firewalker
-Overlord
-Arrival

This order makes the most sense to me. Recruiting, focusing on the suicide mission, then cleaning up the rest. Arrival is intended (but not nessesarily) as a bridge between ME2 and 3 so I leave it at that.

I just finished playing ME3 and I'm playing through ME2 again. One thing that I remembered is that if you wait until after the suicide mission to play the lair of the shadow broker DLC you will not have the ability to redistribute your squad mates powers before going up against the collectors and the reaper.

This is essential, if like me you decide to play ME2 again on insanity. Redistributing your squad mates powers will allow you to create the strongest team for the final Mission. In this Play-thru, I just completed every mission before acquiring the reaper IFF except for the Arrival DLC which I will complete after legions loyalty mission and the final mission - it just makes for a better story for that DLC to be played just before you start ME3 again.

the traditional order is the cerberus network content (crash site, zaeed, firewalker), kasumi, overlord, shadow broker, arrival.

I kind of like to work them into the game narrative.  I like my mission order as follows:

Freedom's Progress, The Veteran, The Professor, The Master Thief, The Council, Crash Site, FireWalker, Price of Revenge, Stolen Memory, The Convict, The Warlord, Archangel, Horizon
Tali, Assassin, The Prodigal, Justicar, Lair of the Shadow Broker, Collector Ship, Subject Zero, Ardat-Yakshi, Eye for an Eye, Sins of the Father, Gift of Greatness, Old Blood, Rite of Passage, Derilect Reaper, Treason, A House Divided, Overlord, Arrival, Suicide Mission

This usually results in losing some crew, unless you are good at computers and change legion's timer arround  :)

Overlord would have been a real good mission for the part where shepard takes her ENTIRE crew off of the normandy when the collectors attack and kidnap the crew.  (likes to pretend)
What's cool is that Arrival feeds into the suicide mission really well with the collectors and the reaper fleet reveal.  (its like good setup for that ending)

Question from a newbie: I know internet (Xbox Live) is needed to play these DLC's and what not, can someone explain how I go 'about it' once I get internet access? Do I download these DLC's straight from Xbox? Or purchase from local game store?

XBLive Marketplace should still have all the DLC available.  I haven't looked in a long time since I got mine a long time ago but take a look, I'm sure it's still there.  The game store option is probably hit and miss.
