Just wondering how characters ended up stat-wise and equipment-wise as people finished the game:

Here's one of my mage builds at game's end:





I found this build to be downright devestating. Haste is particularly nasty with Fenris in the group.

How do you take screen shots of this game. Every time I try it just gets a screen shot of the Desktop.

for take a screenshot you have two solution

Play dragon age with Steam and press F12 for take a screenshot OR use Fraps and use the F10 (or other shorcut) for take a screenshot

Thanks for that. I can hit F12 and get the attribute page but the abilities page doesn't work with F12. Or I should say F12 doesn't do more than 1 screen shot.

You can also take a screenshot by pressing PrtScn (Print Screen), which should be just above the "Home" key.

After that you've clicked it, go to Paint or some other editing program and press Ctrl + V. The picture should appear. Then just Save as... and you're ready to post some pictures!

That's what I did before and like I said all I got was the Desktop. I think it has something to do with Steam, although Steam has only let me take a single screenshot and that's it. Too much hassle for no real gain. Thanks anyway.

Wait what? does the game END after beating it or is it open ended like you can still run around in the city etc? or does it just show you your stats or what?

your able to walk around in your house and go to the black emporium... thats it, kinda lame if you ask me.

why do no single player games give post-end game material? with the mmo world out there, you'd think that some games would give you that much.

How are you guys getting such high willpower and magic numbers?  Seems kind of odd for the levels you are at.

It's simple , we use bonus item and item find in quest

I ended up level 21 with my first Warrior. Spec'ed Reaver/Templar, with no points in templar and only a few in reaver. Most my points were in Sword and Shield. I think strength and constitution were both balanced and high.

For Steam just press F12.

After you exit the game, a pop-up window will allow you to upload all your screenshots to the Steam Cloud (up to 1GB total storage).

Why didn't you grab a second specialization? Even if you don't get any of the skills, you get a unique, passive bonus for unlocking it. On my mage, I grabbed blood magic for the +25 health passive, but never put a single point into the tree.

If you look at this tread you'll see why I do. You also get stat points for the Fade and I'm pretty sure I also bought a potion or 2 for stats. A lot of my money went to stat and skill potions, which in hind sight was a bit of a waste. I could have saved up and bought that nice staff from the Black Emporium instead.

Well, I just forgot it and I really didn't need it.
