Well, I've checked on other website message boards and it seems I'm not the only one having this bug. Also it seems the Xbox 360 & PS3 versions are affected aswell.

Well, I've played twice through the game now and in both playthroughs, I couldn't get the 4th armor upgrade for Aveline (Deflective joints, I believe), the one on the body of Javen, Act 3. When I search & loot his body, there is no upgrade.

It affects everyone and its been described at length in the appropriate thread (Act 3 bugs stickie).

Well, I didn't want to read 13 pages of posts to see if someone reported it. I want to do a search but I can't seem to find where the "search the message boards" is. Did Bioware remove it?

I got it once when I was going through as a female warrior and had Bethany in the party. When I was doing female mage and had Carver in the party I had this bug.
