1. finished first campaign played as rogue, romanced with Merrill, but at the end screen Varrick tells that Champion romanced with Isabella, and the subtitles were correct. and in that certain walkthrough Isabella vanished with Qunari book when i asked her to return it to Arishok.
2. in the third year, as a Champion, some side quests - "night gang" eliminations in various districts remains opened or members of the eliminated gangs still appeared and attacked me on the streets.
3. minor textual errors through the game - for example, trader at the Wounded Coast calls himself Magnus, but his chest labeled as "Magus chest-of-something".

It should still go in the Technical support forum. It's more likely to be noticed by the people who can fix it if it's where they're looking.
