Just wondering what gliches people out there have noticed besides the Isabela/Sebastian one being discussed on here also. This is one I have not encountered, but there are many others I have. In fact, as much as I LOVE DA2 I would go as far as saying it is the most (unnecessarily) glitchy game ever!! From my partner's characher randomly spazzing out with weird arms which prevents gameplay effectively (and even occurs in cut-scenes once 'activated') to jittering up and down through 75% of all cut-scenes. What is all this about?? Hmm..
Gliches Galore!

R-key outside combat targets lootables, but in 95% of cases, Hawke think it an enemy and draws his/her weapon. This happens sometimes when clicking on area-transition placeables like the doors and it locked itself in combat stance without any animation except walking when I entered a house when hawke was unsheathing her daggers. Looked kinda creepy.
When revived, sometimes they lose the combat status and health and mana/stamina regenerates even as if the character wasn't in combat. Pressing F1-F2-F3-F4 and toggle pause on and off fixes it for me though. Sometimes the main menu is needed.
Merril's end-quest cutscene on her last quest triggers if clicked right after accepting it, but does not do it if the quest is finished when poking her.

It seems most problems have been on the PC version. Mine have been on the Xbox and I am surprised.
