Uhm, I just finished Lelianas Song a few minutes ago and is this bug known?

All Endsequences, starting with the defeat of Raleigh appear double. So I had to choose twice which talking options I could choose, this "doubling effect" of the cutscenes also appeared with Majorlaine and the ending speech in the church.

Well, it's not a game-destroying thing, but it destroys the atmosphere of a final and is kinda strange when you can choose twice your answering options.

Still, is this bug known and can it be avoided?

Never ran into that, and I've done a few playthroughs. Possibly there is a mod that's interfering, if you're on PC?

Yes I am on PC and I don't use any mods except from the official BioWare DLC's (having the Ultimate Edition)
