Eh, the game wasn´t feminist at all. It showed women who are aware of their strengths, like they should, but it never demanded a women quota in institutions like the templars, nor did it any other feminist stuff.

And the Qunari are in fact quite the opposite even. Remember Sten:
- "You are not a woman. You´re a warrior"
- "I am both"
- "that is impossible. One of these can´t be true"

Out of respect for the OP - I'll let your tragic misunderstanding of what feminism is - remain unquestioned. Ignorance is bliss they say.

I did Isabela in my Miss Kirkwall thread. Some of you might like it (or flame me for it) so here´s the link:

i find everything about isabela perfectly done, including her outfit.

I find her face quite ugly.

This is just ridiculous and illustrates that you come here just to be negative.

There's no way you can say she's "ugly".  Not that attractive to you? Fine. Plain? fine.

But "ugly"?

Give me a break

Oy.
I didn't say that you are idiots because you like her.
I just said that I find her face ugly.
And after that I even explained the main point to this, for me, is her jaw. I just can't stand it. My mind see it as misshaped, not right, abnormal.
That goes for Aveline and Cassandra too, for example.
The first time I saw screenshoots of them I thought they were cartoonish and caricatural.
And I said that only because someone said that she is perfect.

He said is opinion, I said mine.
Sorry if I'm disturbing you [smilie]../../../images/forum/emoticons/pouty.png[/smilie]

she is one of the few good looking female characters in the whole game in my opinion, and i think you are just letting your dislike for her blind your judgement if you think she is ugly .  iether that or you need glasses badly.

Or, (s)he might have different tastes than you. I know I do.
Isabella is not the ugliest woman in a videogame, that´s true, but I wouldn´t call her goodlooking either.

He ;)

Where did anyone call you an idiot?

They didn't.

If you want to say you didn't like her jaw - (and I didn't like Aveline's either - in fact it sort of made her horse faced - but not *ugly*) - ok..   but to say that made her "ugly" - imo means either you're just trying to be contrary, or you really haven't ever experienced "ugly".

Ok guys, you do realise that you are trying justify your weird infatuation with two pixelated characters by dissecting their physical and intellectual qualities. You're not going to get with these fictional beings. I suggest applying these quantitive assessment skills to real women that are way out of your leagues.

Not going to get with them? Shut the fcuk up..we are not dumb thank you. Are we not allowed to crush on who we like, whether real nor not? Fcuk off outta my thread if you don't like what you read. And as for applying these assessment skills (I think you will find they are qualitative, since they involve intricately taking apart descriptions, with words and thoughts about Isabela) in the real world for 'out of leagues' women - no need. The majority of us have long-term, happy partners. Now fcuk off

lol and you're worried about me getting your thread closed :D  heheheheheh

And rightly so, they make a good point anf I am happy I am no longer the only one using expletives to state an opinion.

Agreed. Isabela is totally ace. I hope DA2 isn't the last we see of her.

I pray it's not the end. I'm sure it won't be - it can't be. It seems more gamers love her than not, so she surely has to stay? She could be an even more complex character than she already is and still has bags to offer. An amazing character creation with plenty of places to go - which I want to experience!!! Isabela for DA3?? Yeah, I think so :D

I liked her overall, and she's attractive sure enough. But I prefer my ladies to have a bit more charm, integrity, and class. So overall I liked Aveline and Merril more.

Charm and Aveline seems like a contradiction to me:D

Seriously, Isabela >>>> Aveline.
