 I really loved how you could cast spells outside of combat in DA:O, But I was shocked to find that you can't do that in DA2, can a mod be made that allows you to cast spells or use skills outside of combat? I love to kill my party members with my own spells on Nightmare difficulty.

This would be fun. Since some spells can be cast all the time, I imagine there has to be some kind of 'combat only' flag. Then again, it could be in the scripts which would be a lot harder to find.
