example:
22 fire damage
+ 13% fire damage

does the 13% affect staff dmg as well?
If I add a fire damage rune to the staff does it recieve the bonus?
does magic attribute affect staff damage?
and is this added before or with the abilities pyromancer and elemental mastery?

If the staff and rune bonuses are added together before abilities than stacking is damage types is good.
However, if the staff and ability bonuses are added together than an alternate damage type is preferable.
