I have noticed that after completing a battle that Anders Mana Pool does not fill back up.
To work around this I have to go to a gather my party or back to Hawks home and reform my party. Once the party is reformed he has a mana pool again.
Must do this after every area so that I have mana.

this was happening in act 2 - its not as bad in act 3 he now recovers about a 10th of his mana pool. still have to find a gather your party or go back to hawks house after every quest. Example Bone Pit helping anders get his materials Could not go and fight the dragon till I left and regathered my party because it was a slaughter without any MP.

first common question I have to ask, are you using any sustained abilities with Anders during any fights such as Pancea or Vengence. If so then these do not turn off after fights if it is not set up in the tactics menu or you have to select Anders and manually turn them off. These have a certain amount of mana that are used from the mana pool when activated and mana will not fully recover if they are not deactivated. IMHO
