Now, in the concluding frmaing device of the game, Leliana appears.  Since it was possible to kill her in Dragon Age: Origins (by pouring dragonblood onto Andraste's Ashes and getting into a fight with her), has anyone imported a save having done this and had a different ending for the sequel?

Yep Leliana is immortal.. or there's a Leliana clone factory in Orlais.
Zevran I believe won't show up if you killed him.. I never have so don't know if that's true.

He doesn't. My first Warden (who I imported) was betrayed by Zevran and he did not show up in my game.

Does hardening Leliana have an affect on what she says/does? I noticed that when I took Isabela to see her she didn't react at all. Though it's perhaps a bit much for DA2 to recognise that she may have been in my party when meeting Isabela in Origins. Does anyone know if she recognises Isabela if the Warden had slept with both Leliana and Isabela? I thought that would be an opportunity for some funny dialogue.

Leliana was miraculously given Andraste's ashes by the shrine guard dude! Then he told her to go to the Divine's side to be her right hand!

It would hardly be too much for the game, Alistair recognises Isabela if he was the one in the threesome.

Sorry, I meant that it didn't recognise she was in my party when I met her in Origins (mind you they didn't have any dialogue together). Though I hadn't slept with both her and Leliana in that game and I wondered if they had slept together was recognised in the game even though there was no 'I remember you' dialogue with her if they hadn't slept together like there was with Alistair if she didn't slept with him.

Isabela doesn't talk to Leliana at all in her cameo unless you had the threesome back in Origins. If it were real life, I'm sure they nodded to each other considering Isabela taught the Dueling skill. Hardening Leli has absolutely no effect at all.

As for Alistair, Isabela and him will recognize each other, but the dialog will change if you had the threesome with him in Origins.
