Is there something wrong with the indexing?

It barely have any of the actual DA2 mods in it, but there is a whole mess of random weird garbage from someone named "Zekzt Zauvirr."

What's the deal there?

The community index is only of DAO and DA2 content on the Bioware Social Network Projects section; it does not cover content on DA Nexus or other DA modding sites. Hope this answers your question.

As has been mentioned, those do indeed seem to be polish mods. I'd hardly consider them weird garbage for not being in english.

You guys do know... That Dragonnexus DO have a DA2 mod list?... I think there's around 223 files atm

Yes, but the Open House Group here on the Bioware Social Network is listing mods found here only, since it appears that not everyone knows that Bioware has its own mod hosting section, which has been here since DAO came out. Not only that, some of us don't feel that we should have to register on who knows how many sites to be able to download mods.

As Xydarc said above, mods are for PC only. 

A more complete answer is that the EULA for the console platforms (XBox and PS3) expressly FORBIDS player-/community-developed mods.  Both Sony and MS have terms in the EULA that would allow them to remove "unauthorized" materials and/or disable the player's account, and/or brick the machine, if such material is discovered when the player is connected to their networks. 

Don't know if they've actually ever done it, but if you're playing on a PS3 that connects to the PSN, you agreed to it!

Now I noticed that there wasn't a mod yet to fix the regeneration capabilites for which is given by equipable items. Ie healt as well as for mana/stamina regen. Also the Regen of the Reavor Devour upgrades if you are a warrior. If anyone of you would like a mod to fix this I would be greatful.
