I accepted the quest to go with her in order to talk with Dalish leader but I have a bad feeling about the mirror (I assume it is the one form DAO Dalish elf origin?) I tend to do as many quests as possible and I understand we are given a task in order to borrow an artifact Merril wants.
Now here is my question - If I complete the task is there an option for me to talk Merril out of restoring the mirror or in some way sabotage her?
Or would only option be to flat refuse her to complete the quest for her?

At the end of quest the Keeper hands you the tool Merrill is trying to obtain, and lets you make a call whether she should receive it.
