What is going to happen in Thedas?

1. Hawke and the Warden disappearing.
2. Mages and templars basically going to war plus the chantry is falling apart.
3. The grey wardens seen to be doing something secret as well. ( 6th blight perhaps? :0 )
4. Morrigans god baby
5. Flemeth surviving
6. Morrigan and Flemeths destiny/change speeches
Just wondering does anyone have any ideas on whats going to happen/whats happening?

- The Qunari rage and invade.
- Templars/Chantry/Mages have to drop everything and fight off the horde of angry grey men
- In the midst of this, A GREAT EVIL APPEARS (Darkspawn/godchild/something else entirely)
- Hawke runs around Orlais and saves the day
- Warden makes a 5 minute cameo. If we're lucky.
- Most importantly, Templars with guns.

The falcon cannot hear the falconer;
Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,
The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere
The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
The best lack all conviction, while the worst
Are full of passionate intensity.
Surely some revelation is at hand;
Surely the Second Coming is at hand.
The Second Coming! Hardly are those words out
When a vast image out of Spiritus Mundi
Troubles my sight: a waste of desert sand;
A shape with lion body and the head of a man,
A gaze blank and pitiless as the sun,
Is moving its slow thighs, while all about it
Wind shadows of the indignant desert birds.
The darkness drops again but now I know
That twenty centuries of stony sleep
Were vexed to nightmare by a rocking cradle,
And what rough beast, its hour come round at last,
Slouches towards Bethlehem to be born?

At any rate, what would be awesome to see is a massive dragon revenge over Nevarra and being able to play with an old dragonslayer from there as companion.

So basically, they'll build a sphinx and 1900 years later a lazy person is born?
Edit: This is my interpretation and I'm sticking to it.

That about sums it up. The defecation is hitting the oscillation and more than likely, given the Warden's preoccupation with "matters of great importance", the looming OGB, and Hawke and the Warden's disappearances, there are dastardly shenanigans going on in the background that the Mages vs Templars war is just the very tip of (or even a cover for).
Lends credit to the theory that Flemeth is Fen'Harel, imo.

- There will be a World War.
- Some great threat will appear, perhaps the last remaining Old Gods will awaken.
- Wardens will be focusing against the new ultimate Blight, the important thing stated by them in DA2.
- Flemeth wants something
- This threat will be the reason behind Thedas having to unite.
- There is only one person in Thedas who will be able to unite the lands, and that will be your character.
- That same person just happens to be the only person who can defeat the threat also.
- Old God Child will be mentioned once at the most, he won't be a major character.
- Someone will rise, according to Sandals prophecy.
- The truth will be revealed, another thing that I got from Sandals prophecy.
- Arlathan will turn out to be the Black City and the reason why it fell will be found, and it will perhaps bring an end to the Blights.
- Flemeth will turn out to be Andraste reincarnated or something like that. She has something important to do with the new threat.
- Flemeth will die
Quite abit of speculation.

Sandal: One day the magic will come back - all of it. Everyone will be just like they were. The shadows will part and the skies will open wide.
Bodahn: Huh? What's this?
Sandal: When he rises, everyone will see.
Bodahn: By the ancestors! What has gotten into you, my boy?
Sandal: Enchantment!
Bodahn: That's more like it!

Dragon Age 3 will tie in with Mass Effect 3.
The Black City is a Reaper. Many blood mages will assume direct control.
Shepard will drop in according to your ME3 save, and the following exchange will happen.
Shepard: Hawke.
Hawke: Shepard.
Wrex: Shepard.
Shepard: Wrex.
Sten: Kadan.
Warden: Sten.
Shepard: Kadan?
Sten: Kadan.
Hawke: ....
Yes I have too much free time today.

Honestly, I wouldn't put it past Bioware to *somehow* tie together their two flagship gaming franchises. And, equally honestly, I might be intrigued at such a possibility.
