I actually noticed when I got grindy with Isabella but ended up going with Merrill that Varric said both their names [at the same time mind you] in the epilogue. Just that Isabella seemed louder.
I was wearing headphones and paying more attention that I should have...

In a way, I'm fine with the bug because I still can't choose between the two women. I find them both attractive in their own way. Of course, I couldn't choose between Morrigan and Leliana in Origins, or Liara and Tali in ME2 either. I'm noticing a trend here...
