So I've been wondering... I'm not really to keen on having Wynne with the first time I play the game but I really wanted to be a bloodmage and have a spirthealer in my group along with a tank and rouge...
could I make morrigan a healer? or i'm i pretty much stuck with what i got?

Why don't you use your second specialization to go for the Spirit Healer spells?

Also, I personally prefer lipstick.

I might pick all the blood mage skills, only have 1 specialization on each character. I guess that they way like to play

Didn't it say somewhere that you'll be able to choose your companions second specialization? Wouldn't a Spirit Healer Morrigan be doable? Also, if you really want to go Blood Mage, go for Spirit Healer for your second specialization. That's what I've been planning to do when I go mage. Master of Lifeforce.

A spirit healer morrigan would be good, yeah. If it's possible. It may not be. Just as being a blood mage with Wynn may not be possible.

I currenlty only play with Morrigan as the only mage in my party and she makes a damn fine spirit healer /ccer.

Yes it is possible to get morrigan a second spec. at level 14. And you unlock the blood mage by starting the game off as a mage and entering the fade to save the conner boy at redcliff cassle. All you have to do and negotiate with the demon and your set.

I just started running a blood mage with Wynne in my group and I have to say that it rocks. My blood mage has most of the primal spells, which are really good for crowd control. When she uses earthquake, inferno, and a few other spells, with blood mage spell points, and has Wynne heal her, she's just about unstoppable.

I use Sten as a tank just in case anyone gets through, but hardly anyone does.

I'd not recommend a dual specilization in blood and healing magic, just because it means your mage has to spend time self-healing.

I've not tried Morrigan as a healer, but it should be do-able. I just dual-specialized her into a blood mage too

i wonder if i can make Morrigan Blood Mage but not me? i know that if u let morrigan go into the fade during the quest she automatically refuses to discuss with the demon and you will not be able to unlock Blood Mage. What if i go in?



Does it just unlocks Blood Mage? or it automatically teaches you to become BM too?

It unlocks BloodMage for the game, u can choose to become a BM or u can choose to pick that or something else later

Well, no spoilers just went out the window 

I've taught Morigan to heal before and had no problems. My first playthrough I didnt get wynne till a bit late and thus was forced to train Morigan to heal.

You don't really need Morrigan to be a spirit healer for her to heal. You can get by just as easy with her as a shapeshifter til level 14, and then spec her as shapeshifter/spirit healer.

Actually on my first playthrough i just respecced her (with the respec mod) into an arcane warrior/spirit healer, simply because shapeshifter is the most useless specialization in the game (change shape to become a melee and lose all your spells? yeah, good deal) and she looks just great with the dragon scale plate
