whats wrong? take a look as in how?

It animates fine and everything, except it's actual size is really small.  When I resize it in toolset, the selection box enlarges as well, being at a crazy size so you cant see the creature name when you mouse hover over it, as well as collision being gigantic as well.  It's just not useable at this point.

I was wondering if someone could export it and see if the rig and model shrinks for them too as well. Because I don't know how else to fix this shrinking issue.
