Will doesn't need to be quite that high. Two-Handers are masters of Burst damage, which means they like to use their active abilities all at once, then have to resort to auto-attacks until abilities come off of Cooldown. Generally, by the time everything is off of cooldown, you've killed at least a couple of enemies, so you should be fine on Stamina.

Other things:

1. The Vanguard tree is very solid. If you pick up nothing else, invest the 4 points in the tree to get Cleave and it's upgrade, Claymore. You'll have to get Control, Might, and Destroyer before you can get Claymore, but once you've got Cleave+Claymore, you'll have an ability that doubles your damage for 15 seconds, and can be used again 5 seconds after it's effect ends. Combine that damage boost with the Two-Handed tree's activated abilities, and you've got some solid damage output.

2. With the damage output, keeping Stamina up in fights with lesser mobs isn't actually much of an issue, simply because things keep dying so fast. For longer fights, invest three points in the Battlemaster tree to get Second Wind and it's Deep Breath upgrade.

As for Will, you really only need enough to activate all your abilities at once, and you can do that with far less Will than you've got. I'd say 15 Willpower should be enough; pump the rest into Strength to increase your Damage Output. The only reason you'd want Willpower as high as you have it is for the Berserker Specialization. Which is a solid option, just not one I personally like. Playstyle issue.

The Vanguard is pretty much the best tree for Warriors. Cleave, Massacre, and Destroyer transform the Warrior from mediocre to top tier for the first two acts and keep them comparable for the final act. Bolster and Second Wind from Battlemaster are pretty damn good too.

Beyond that, Reaver + Templar or Reaver + Berserker is the general setup. Blood Frenzy is something all Warriors should have, which heavily compliments their "in the trenches" style of play.
