I've done a few playthroughs already, and found some neat items. But I'd like to see what else is out there.
The wiki doesn't seem to have much, so I was wondering if there is a database of items anywhere?
Database of Weapons, Armor, Accessories Anywhere?

What a terrific question.
And what's the dilly with the wiki? That shizzle is usually populated with interesting tidbits right-quick.

Yeah. You would think there'd be something like this by now, but there's nothing that I know of.

I, for one, would like to know what the best two-handed weapon in the game is. Have there been threads about this?

I just got to Act 3, but I'm trying to get the Bloom Axe, which I understand is one of the best 2H weapons as it does solely cold damage and has 2 rune slots.
For Daggers, there are a few good ones - Carta's Left Hand, Finesse, Low Blade
The best Act 3 staves - Cold Blooded or the staff from defeating Xerkenberk are the best for blood mages , Final Thought is perhaps the best non-blood magic staff. The Torch of Falon'Din is the best fire staff.
The Bassrath-Kata reward from the Qunari in Act 3 also seems interesting - no rune slots but it varies according to your class. I think it looks cool:
Warriors get a two-handed greatsword (sword) is awarded. It does 35 physical damage for 57 DPS, +126 Attack, +6% critical chance, +10% physical damage, and +11 damage vs. humans. It requires 39 strength.
Mages get a staff. It does 42 fire damage for 57 DPS, +46 mana, +5 mana regeneration rate, +26% healing by this character, and +13 damage vs. humans. It requires 39 magic.
Rogues get a dagger version. It does 39 physical damage for 72 DPS, +4% critical chance +9% critical damage +6% physical damage +12 damage vs humans. It requires 39 dexterity.

Oooh. First I've heard of it. Is it a drop? Vendor merch? Chest?
EDIT: Ah I see. It's aquired in the Awiergan Quest. I had been planning on going back to do that one anyway, but have yet to find the first and second scrolls.
I finished the game with Her Song, slotted with a rune of devastation. Kind of underwhelming, really. I also got the big Qunari sword which looked cool, but doesn't have any rune slots. Prior to that I'd been using Oathbreaker for what seemed like an eternity.
