So I just redeemed my code for the Black Emporium and it did work. I also redeemed a code for a sword and shield. I got the sword and shield from my special delivery box at my uncles house but the Black emporium never showed up?
Where/How do I install it after download?

Or is the code you redeem just give you the ability to buy the Black emporium for 9.99???
I can see the emporium and the exiled price under "Official DLC". I assumed the code meant you didnt have to buy it. Was this wrong to assume?

If you redeemed the code already go to your "Profile", "Your registered game content". Selected the BE that meets your description....xbox or what have you and then download it.

Im having the same problem, I got the signature edition too with the mindset that i would be getting access to the Black Emporium and exiled prince, but no where within my profile is it available for download?!

It's a bit tricky to find...
In your "Profile->Your Registered Game Conted" page, there are links saying "More Info". Now for all simple bonus items you don't need bother clicking on them, but for the BE, Exiled Prince and the Signature Edition Rewards, you have toactually click "More Info" and then click the download link in the popup window.
Then simply install the three packs and you're good to go.
