Why can't Hurlock Emmisaries and Vanguards follow orders?

 I animate and put poses on the normal grunts, but the Vanguards and Emiisaries aren't budging, they just stand there.

I think they may have animations specific to those models/skeletons? Not sure. I've got the DA:O toolset installed to try and solve a problem for another community member - I'll see what I can find re: this issue while I'm there.

Animate and put poses on them?  I've found that those two don't mix well at times.  As in adding a pose and then trying to add animations to a time line as well.  Animations for specific creature types are noted in my animation spreadsheet.

Perhaps you can give us an example of one specfic thing you are trying to do with one of the creatures?  (As in what animations or poses you are putting on that one critter?)
