How do I start this? I can't seem to find it anywhere and I am almost done Act 3.

It is only avaliable if the save you imported (or origin you picked) have Zeveran surviving at the end of DA:O. Otherwise there is no one to find since he is dead years ago.

Ugh, it seems importing my save has been the worst decision. So far I haven't been able to do the Deep Roads quest in act 2 and now this. Shouldve never imported it.
