I'm on windows 7 with an ATI graphics card with the latest drivers. Running the game will the settings all the way up but with anti-aliasing turned off. I have the hi-res texture pack installed.

Any idea how to fix this? It seems to be happening in one particular dungeon and when I go to people's houses. Though I'm not sure it's limited to just that, that's just what I've noticed the most. Pretty annoying.
