Ok... the problem is this one, I needed more characters slots to create a new game, but I didn't had any, so I went to the memory of the xbox and erase a whole character (all saves).

Already there, I decided to erase all my characters, (again only the saves) because is a pain to have to come back there every time I need to erase something... so I start a new game, but I didn't have any of my dlc items that I get for the achievements (like The High Regard of House Dace, The Reaper's Cudgel, Sash of Forbidden Secrets and all of the witch hunt dlc too). I didn't erase the dlc files, just my saves.

Do I really have to get the achievement again o just do it again? Because the harvester fight in nigthmare was a ****... also forgot to mention that I am playing offline (my gold ended like 3 weeks ago), maybe because i have no access to dragon age servers its the problem.

I have the ultimate edition of the game so I didn't need xbox live to downloaded it.

Anyone have a suggestion?

Feeling picky: you don't need Gold to access XBox Live, a Silver account will suffice (but not for those multiplayer games and whatnot). At least that's the case in the UK.

Have you tried connecting to XBox Live again to see if the data can be refreshed? The dlc should be tied to the achievements anyway, online or off. If the achievement isn't bugged it might be worth trying to unlock the achievement again.
