I'm having a tough time moving my Hawke Mage around.  For example if I cast tempest, then click somwhere for Hawke to move to he doesn't seem to respond or not in an orderly fashion anyway.  I didn't seem to have this problem for my first playthrough as Hawke Warrior....
Any suggestion?

There is a casting animation for tempest that Hawke must complete before he/she can move again. Firestorm shares the same animation.
