I think it might be helpful to get a list of known known bugs not listed in the "X360 Major Issues List" sticky topic. That topic does list all the Act specific bugs, but there are several widespread issues not even mentioned in the topic. A list of those might make something good to refer new players and people seeking information to.

-The Maker's Sigh potion from the Black Emporium is completely bugged. Using it can grant extra skills on save/load, will remove the bonuses gained from reading tomes, and will also permanently render previously taken passive talents useless.

-The Warrior's Rally talent does not correctly extend the benefits of sustained modes to other party members. What this means exactly is unclear, as it was taken from the PC readme file.

-The Haste spell is extremely bugged. Even though it is supposed to be a buff spell, it is affected by your party's magic resistance. So, if your characters have high magic resistance, it will wear off very quickly.

-The Gravitic Ring spell has a tendency to 'break' enemy AI. If this spell is cast and an opponent is caught in it, there is a chance they will stand completely still and not use any attacks or talents permanently. Essentially, they become free kills.

Wow, I had no idea Maker's Sigh potions rendered passive talents useless. Is it just when Hawke uses one or companions as well?

I believe it is for all companions and Hawke as well. Essentially, if you have a passive talent selected such as Sunder, which gives +10% critical chance, and you drink a Maker's Sigh potion, the game will accidentally subtract 10% from your critical chance once your skills are reset. So, you will be sitting at a -10% critical chance.

Then, if you select Sunder again, it will add the 10% to your critical chance to bring you to a total of 0%.

There are also other bugs too. Feel free to do a search of the forums and enter "Maker's Sigh". Any of the topics you find will have more info: http://social.biowar.../forum/1/search

Also, the Wiki article is helpful too:  http://dragonage.wik...ki/Maker's_Sigh

While I agree about almost all of the bugs you listed. The infinite gold/exp glitch isn't a major issue. It doesn't cause any other problems in game and is just people nit picking about a work around for money.

If you don't like the infinite gold/exp glitch then don't use it. However don't ruin it for other people just because you can.

True, it isn't really a problem. I just listed it for completeness sake.

My game is glitched in the Long Way Home quest and I cant interact with the altar at all. I haven't seen anyone else complain of this so I'm assuming it's not well known

There seems to be a small issue in general on the 360, were downloading the Game to the Hard Drive will case the game to fail to read on 360 consoles. Fixing it is as simple as uninstalling the installed game {Game data, no DLC or save deletes nessecary}. Unless anyone knows any other fixes?

Don't forget the Merrill quest bug, that completely screws up her quest line.

Isn't that bug in Act 3? If so, there is a sticky topic about. How serious is it, btw? I haven't been able to get past Act 2 without needing a restart. No spoilers if you could, but does it truly ruin her character's story?

@ Joe - I was able to finish the game with Merril's quest scenes played out of order, so aside from confusing the hell out of me, it doesn't impair progress. Though I hear that's not the case with everyone

@ Heather - "If you don't like the infinite gold/exp glitch then don't use it. However don't ruin it for other people just because you can" - don't be absurd. It's a gaping, cheating exploit, and it needs to be fixed just as much as all the other faults in DA2 (though I've not encountered the issue myself).

How about this bug I frequently encounter with Aveline's "immovable". Seems she has a chance to become permanently frozen when using this. You can leave the game sitting for an entire hour out of combat and she will still be frozen in place in her combat stance, unable to even be moved manually. It gets fixed if you leave an area, but that's not really viable to do after every fight.

I always install any games I'm currently playing to my hard drive since my DVD drive is dying and this keeps it from returning to the dashboard as often because it can't read the disc. I can report that I have not had any trouble with installing this game to the hard drive. In fact, I haven't yet had it go back to the dashboard even though I had the game installed, as it has on other games (for some reason, some games seem to check the disc every so often, even if the game is installed). It might be that your installation was corrupted for some reason. Re-installing may fix this.

And the infinite gold exploit for DA:O isn't a gaping cheat exploit? Seriously, get off your high horse.

Shum, google it you'll find video's about it.

Added a bug to the list. Bump.

Also, lets try to stick to simply reporting bugs. No need to discuss their merits or usefulness, just if they are bugs or not.

I'm currently in Act 3 and I've noticed there is progressively less persistent gore, even when enabled, mages now stay spotless and warriors/rogues lose their blood stains after a few seconds. Is this problem patchable or is it related to memory/# of saves. I'm a stickler for realism and basically only the Dragon Age, Assassin's Creed and Gears of Wars games have this level of realism. Since the in-game combat is now so frustratingly unrealistic, I guess I'll have to go back to Gears until this Glitch/bug is squashed.

Conan I encountered that in my latest play through in chapter 1. I believe it's due to the new version of Exiled Prince DLC. Before I got the new version my persistent gore was working fine. Now it doesn't work right.

Personally, I see that as unlikely. Regardless of how civil we remain, that could be seen as an admission of fault on BioWare's part. That said, it is a well stated summary of 360 user complaints, so thank you.

Maker's Sigh is the worst, if they'd bothered to playtest it for 5 minutes but nooo they were too busy shoving out a torrent of pre-order, facebook game, dlc BS. Bioware really needs to knock off the greedy marketing nonsense, they look impossibly stupid when it backfires like this.
