I unlocked A Worthy Rival on my first play through. I *believe* I unlocked Sebastian's as well...but I'm not sure. I know I've done the tasks to unlock Sebastians on both play throughs. Now there are several achievements locked that should be unlocked.  I saw the Exlied Prince fix and plan to do that...but it appears that more is going on in my achievements...Any ideas? 

I also romanced Anders...all the way to the end when I killed him...then went back and didn't kill him...but  the romance achievement did not unlock.  On the second play through I romanced Sebastian...for what it was worth...but still no achievement.  What's up?

Exactly which achievements have not unlocked that you think should have? for the romance you need to talk to your LI before the final battle and continue to flirt with them.

for the romance achievement to complete you need to do the final conversation and be at 100% rivalry or friendship. If you don't have 100% it doesn't unlock.
