I haven't gotten around to playing as a blood mage yet but I'm wondering if you get any grief from Anders and Fenris about it.
Logically you would think so the way they both bang on about it whenever the subject comes up. But I've gotten in trouble before for being logical...

No, it doesn't appear to show up. I hear that Bioware did not want you to be discouraged from using a game mechanic.
