The original Orana in game just frightened me. So a monster, some freetime and an hour or so later I've whipped myself up a far better elf servant.

I believe you run into her during A Bitter Pill. It's the elf girl you can hire to work at the estate.

She's an elven slave girl you can free and hire as a maid/cook in Act II, during emo elf boy's A Bitter Pill quest. I guess you can take possession of her, too, but even my Angry McDouche-Hawkes dislike slavery.

I said "I gave her a job, Fenris", and it gave me +15 Friendship. And I took her as a slave anyway.
