I dont see a problem here. It may be too low a rating yet it still makes the average review score more realistic since normally "professional" reviews only consist of hype-score that were "bought" (not literarely but by actually needing good review scores to get advertisments and games early etc.)
So in my opinion it may was a score that was too low, yet it only put the average to a realistic level since until now it was only hype scores like 100% which is just retarded no matter how you look at it (nothing is perfect) and normal scores 60-80 so naturally the average score was too high.
I think for Dragon Age 2 a score vrom 70 to 85 should be realistic depending on the review site. And i think everybody should be happy since either way even if you liked DA2 im pretty shure if EA sees the low ratings they wont release another DA with such a short development-time so all of us should get better games in the future.
On the other hand if it wasnt like this the lesson EA would learn here woudl be that you can produce crap, reduce costs, copy past everything but still get lots of money just by using a well known brand. If thats waht you want?
