everytime I start the game it asks me to enter the cd key and activate online. I am then told that the key is invalid and cannot access the game.

Having the same issue, except on PC...
I'ts quite annoying, because i have the game sitting on my desk and one of the options is to "buy this game
FYI Bioware, it would have been easier for me to DL torrent/install/crack and play than it is to do it legit? somthing about that is not right

This is the PC Tech discussion forum, not Apple: Piggybacking on a thread that needs to be moved is silly. Piggybacking generally is a poor idea:spazz2k11 wrote...

Go there for Apple stuff -> http://social.biowar...egory/303/index

Right, but that helps me how?
I mearly hi-jacked this post as it was exactly the same issue i am having except it's on the PC and i have scanned through the last 40pages of posts attempting to find any other relevant posts/solutions.
There was one or 2 other posts, however none with listed solutions.
My contact email to support:
Ok, the issue is every time i attemp to launch the game i am asked to "Activate your game", i log in with - **email** and my password.
I am then told that "We could not activate Dragon Age 2 on this computer using the EA account provided, please locate the product key and activate the game using your EA account"
I click "Enter product key" and then the box is auto populated with the product key that i had entered previously during the intallation process (i have confirmed that it is correct) and the click submit.
I am then advised that the product key is already in use and to re-enter.
To confirm i just purchased a retail copy earlier today (25/03/11) and i am more than happy to send through evidence of my purchase.
