Pretty sure the Circle which is mages and does have Templar supervision would not have let that man loose if they had even the smallest bit of belief a demon was truly at work. Just like I'm pretty sure the delusional old lady I see sometimes going to work is not talking to demons. I doubt Kelder was. He just was using something as an excuse for his own personal urges. I'm sure if "Spirits" existed in our World in a form like they do for Thedas? You'd have how many attempting to blame their crimes on Demons and or mind control...

If the Circle of Kirkwall kicks you out and says you're not hearing to demons, trust me - you're not hearing demons.

The same geniuses that didn't notice they were housing a Circle on top of a portal to Hell?  They likely tested him for magical ability and cut him loose when he had none.  Kirkwall's situation is unique in non-mages being influenced by demons.

Yes please. Charade was the most interesting minor NPC in the game to me even with what little interaction we had with her. Hope they expand her role in a future dlc/expansion/game.

For the brief bit that I interacted with her, I liked Charade quite a bit. In fact, she seemed like someone that my sarcastic femHawke could have a nice drink with while tossing witty banter back and forth, something I would have very much enjoyed.

She's also family, and after losing my brother, my sister, then mother, I really appreciated finding another member of the family, and even being able to help Uncle Gamlen by reuniting them. My first Hawke did almost everything for her family, and if anything, I was disappointed that I didn't have more dialogue, quests or choices to bond closer with and/or help out Gamlen and Charade. Charade was awesome once I met her, and despite Gamlen being an ass, he really did help out when Hawke the best he could when she arrived at Kirkwall as a refugee, even if it was less than ideal.

I always called him "Uncle Gamblin".  I laughed hard on my first playthrough when I found out that's exactly who he was!

Too bad that we already have two Archer companions in DA2.

Thus, Charade for DA3 companion, please.

Have to agree here, especially being that they were going to throw Keiran out of the templars because they didn't know if he had a demon inside

And yes, have said before that I would really love to see Charade as a companion ^_^

I live in hope that the reason she was introduced during Act 3 is that she is going to feature in DA3 and provide continuity with DA2, so she may have some information of what happened to Hawke or at least the non romance companions that went their own way. I would infinitely prefer to have her as a companion than Tallis and most definitely as a love interest. Because her back story has only been touched on, there is also plenty of scope for development.

I would also rather like to see Keran back as a companion because he seemed to have a morality that many templars seemed to lack but had also experienced the worst side of mages, so would not be naive about the dangers they present. I assume that since he was only a new recruit, had been under careful supervision after his encounter with Tarone, and Cullen said that he would only be fully enlisted after showing freedom from possession for 10 years, that he would not have been given access to lyrium and therefore not adicted to the stuff. If that is the case, then he would be a bit like Alistair in having been given the training without the complications of being an addict, which is why he seemed fully in control of his faculties after leaving the order.

Most of my Hawkes Kill Keran for kidnapping her brother/sister even though he says he didn't have anything to do with it I never believe him he just chickened out when he saw it was Hawke. He was fine kidnapping someone not related to Hawk and Hawke loves her family. And for that reason I would love to see more Charade! I too was disappointed we couldn't bond with Gamlen especially when Gamlen was all we had left.

That's why I like Legacy, because if none of your family are left apart from Gamlen, you get to have a touching little scene with him on your return and discover something regarding the part he played in Malcolm and Leandra's romance. I think Charade definitely shows what sort of person Gamlen once was and still is to his family.

How does Charade looks if you don't use some of the first two preset? Does she change like the rest of the family because if she does, she might behard to import.

I too like Charade, but I felt that she could have used her own theme song. Something reminiscent of "Shaft". She'd be an interesting choice for a player companion in DA3, or a quest giver of some kind...sort of let us know how she and her estranged (emphasis on the "strange" part) father and her are doing.

I like her character from the brief introduction and glimpse we had of her and she's hawt. Too bad she's a second cousin...ah well. Adding incest to the whole apostate thing might not bode well to the "Shauntry" misspelled for pronunciation

She's not your second cousin, she's Gamlen's (your mom's brother) kid. That's a first cousin. Second cousin of Hawke is the Grey Warden if you played a human mage in DA:O.

Charade was a likable character who made a big impact considering how little screentime she had.

But after Anders, I'm done asking for ANY character to ever come back in a larger role, ever. I'd rather not see more then one walking tragedy, thank you...

Walking tragedies make the game more impactful honestly...

But yeah, I agree. Charade should come as a character in 3. Or at least a DLC.

I dunno...Varric might get coat-envy.

EDIT: Whoa.  I must be a blood mage...because I've performed thread-necromancy.

Eh.

I'd rather have Cullen.
