Is it possible to make Bethany your rival or Carver your Friend? On my rivalry-with-everyone playthrough I tried to get rivalry with Bethany. I talked crap about mages every chance I got, even hiring a hooker with her present, and by the end of act 1 she's still my friend...I felt like such a b*tch lol. I know it doesn't wven matter since your sibling has no friend/rival bonuses, But now I'm just wondering if this is even possible to do?

I don't think so. Carver will always have his inferiority complex and Bethany will always idolize her big brother/sister.

No, not by any normal means can you make Carver a Friend or Bethany a Rival. There aren't enough options to bring it that high or low. If you are on PC/Mac, I'm certain you could hack it.

The guide says it's possible if you have them in your party during all of Act 1.

Huh, just checked my guide and it says you can.... but they'd have to be permanent party members, and you HAVE to pander to their every whim.
Too much work for me.
