So i was in the City Core minding my own damn business when i decided to attack this kid ( of whom i just extorted like 6 gold ) little did i know she would turn into such a pain in my a**.
I cannot kill her ( weapon innefective message ), and she just follows me around wherever i go, slapping me silly.
I tried luring her into some random house, then using recall in the hopes of abandoning her there.
Needless to say it didn't work, and my question is, has anyone else had this problem? If so is there a way to fix it? Or am i doomed to have this kid follow me around the entire chapter.
Damn kids these days!

She's the personification of your conscience. 
If you don't manage to shake her off, I guess the only way to get rid of her is to do penance by letting her kill you once and then respawn. That should reset her status back to neutral.
It's not advisable in NWN to attack friendly or neutral NPCs - that can also lead to serious faction troubles and spoil your game if things go awry. Occasionally you might be able to provoke NPCs into turning hostile during a conversation; in that case it's perfectly safe to defend yourself. But if you turn hostile on peaceful civilians yourself, you do it at your own risk.
EDIT: Or did she turn hostile on you because you pickpocket her? (Not quite clear from your post.)

Well i didn't pickpocket her, i just used conversation to bully her into paying me ( don't worry it's just RP right? xD ).
Anywho i attacked out of pure randomness really, not an accident but i just did it... idk.
I suppose i can let her kill me once, though it will take a while as she ****s really crappy.

OK, down load the script below.
Download File
Unzip it into your override folder in the NWN install.
If you have the game running shut it down and reload your game.
Make sure the child is the closest hostile creatuer to you.
In the chat line Type:
She should then be friendly.

nice title haha. I dont think its nessessary to download Lightfoots file, just do as oliver said. Go to the prison districts or something, so your death will be swift and less painful xD

Agreed, As long as the kid is in one of the standard factions. If the kid is not in one of the standard factions death will not help.
