Achievement Issue

I have done all the things required to get the crafting achievement but it's not recognizing the achievement or the Supplier for having collected all the resources which I have done over several play throughs. And I have check with the guide to ensure I have everything. Is anyone else having a problem with this or any other achievements in general?

I got the achievement, though I did it in a single play through. Maybe you have to do it in a single play through?

Supplier specifically has been reported as giving issues to people - did you buy any of the reagents from Black Emporium?

Yes I did buy the reagents from Black Emporium. I have tried in several play throughs ( as in game I am currently playing) to get the achievements and it never recognizes it. I have followed the steps in the guide book.

I didn't get the achievement "Become a friend or fiend of Sebastian" (don't recall the specific name of the achievment). I completed Sebastian's quests, had him at 100 % friendship and unlocked his special ability in the talent tree. I gave him one gift (a bow) and he was with me 'till the end of the game. So I asume this is a bug and not something I oversaw? I play on a computer, should that matter ...
