Sunnie's Item Pack 4 v1.0
(This is now part of the Item Pack 1-5 located at the Nexus, above link has been updated)

Includes:
-Evolving Year 1 Mercenary and Smuggler armor
Armor now evolves and has a rune slot.
Image IPB

-Evolving Bassrath-Kata Weapon Set (all 5 types)
Bassrath_Kata weapons now evolve, and have an extra rune slot.

-Evolving Overseer Armor Set (all 4 pieces)
The Overseer Armor Set now evolves and has an extra rune slot.

-Evolving Vigilance
Vigilance (2h greatsword) now evolves, has an extra rune slot, and has a chance to knockback.

-Evolving Potency
Potency (2h greatsword) now evolves, has a rune slot, and has a chance to stun.

To install, unpack and drop erf files in the games override folder. This will not override any armor or weapon that has already been obtained and saved in a character save, however, it will be the new modified version if you receive it normally or summon it with the console.


To summon any of these items with the dev console, use the Vaddi mod located at http://social.biowar.../index/6587675.
After installing that mod and enabling the dev console, hit tilde (`) and enter "runscript vaddin [item name below]" and hit return.

overseer
smuggler
mercenary
bassrath
potency

Why did the Vigilance had to be a 2 handed sword?? :(

2 handed swords are useless. <_<

As far as I remember, you could buy it from some merchant during Act 2 or 3 on the Wounded Coast...

I doubt anyone had the money to buy an item from him in the first place.

His prices are ridiculous high, though understandable: 111 Sovereigns for a pretty good mage staff. And if I remember it right, the sword would only show up in his inventory if you bought at least one weapon from him.

Still, I think it's a real downer that Vigilance is a 2 handed sword. If there was only a plot flag that let us set it to  a longsword instead of a completely worthless, useless, hopeless and pathetic 2 handed sword... <_< (Yes, I do have something against 2 handed swords. Stupid weapons can't do any real damage.)

Ah yes, yes, of course. Sometimes I just get lost in my hate. I apologize.

Still, the Vigilance is acquired from that merchant on Wounded Coast, right?

This is sort of off topic, but anyone noticed that buried in the 2DA file was the GDA for the unlockables..just saying for those of us that for different reason didn't end up with the signature game or refuses to be nickeled and dimed by DA:Legends Image IPB

Nice at last a levelling up bow! I been waiting for one.
I expect your going ti turn everything into a levelling version itself I think.

And yes 90% of bonus items are in the DA2 files and are gettable with the vadd mod (only ones that are not are the DLC only items (read Black Emporium).

Vigilance cannot be obtained without the console commands. It is simply not in DA2. Not yet at least. Possible DLC.

As for the presumed method of obtaining it, Magnus' Wares from the Wounded Coast just doesn't sell it. I bought the Cold Blooded staff from him on act 2, and he doesn't sell Vigilance on act 3. False information. Heck, Vigilance isn't even listed as a weapon in the official guide.

Would be nice if someone can prove me wrong and provide details on obtaining Vigilance through normal means.

Vigilance was requested by quite a few people, so someone must have gotten it normally... its ref name isnt that special.
