Can't find a way to complete the Quest.

I found 2 groups of Assassins:

In Hightowon at night

In the Alienage

Can't find the third, or any other check-point to continue the quest. I've gone EVERYWHERE seeking for it, can't make it... PLEASE HELP.  I'm spending too much time on this stupid quest.

I noticed there is a new woman NPC surrounded by thugs at the docks, but conversation doesn't start for now. Don't know if she's related to the Sketch Quest.

But you won't be able to really complete the quest, as it is bugged. Well, you can bring it to an end, but it stay open in your journal.

Other locations: Gallows during the day south of Herbalist guy, Hanged man at night, and I believe in Darktown (come carta guys).

Once you have killed them all, the quest will update and tell you to go to Sketch's revealed hiding place... which is not revealed on the world map. It is in the Docks Day though.

YOU WERE RIGHT.

I'm just done. Found the last group at the Hanged Man at night.
Once I went to the docks ant talk to Sketch, the quest remained active in the journal.
