Is there a point to bug report anymore BIOWARE?

I see a good amount of people still reporting bugs here and in other official communities in hopes of them getting fixed however BIOWARE remains mute.

Only thing mentioned is the insanity glitch which given the workaround is probably a simple fix. Well that and revenue generating DLC of course.

So, is there a point to it or should they all just move on??

Why is it so hard for game developers to understand that gamers want communication? That's pretty much all I ask for Bioware. If you don't have a patch ready, then just say so. If your not working on a patch just say so. All I care about is that you talk to me Bioware.

I still hope they're working on another patch, because the game is borderline unfinished. I mean... out-of-sync audio in 95% of the cutscenes? As a console player I'm having a hard time getting over something like that. Not to mention that I'm unable to start my second playthrough because of NG+ not working properly. But seeing that a lot of bugs from the Xbox version never got fixed (and even carried over into the PS3 version, which is just incredible), I'm not being overly optimistic here.

exactly, all they have to say is "we dont support this game anymore" and thats it, players will play what they got if they want to.

So far the attittude is pretty much "we may or may not be working on a patch which may or may not fix things" i mean cmon.

I, personally, don't respond because generally I'm not allowed to comment on bugs and fixes until they have passed a certain point in testing. It's about making sure that I don't accidentally build up expectations for something that I can't guarantee delivery on.

Is there still value in reporting bugs? Yep please do. I'm still reading the forums.

so you guys at least still read reports, well thats certainly something.

its been an awful long time since any news on fixes, how about a "we are still working on fixing bugs", that would at least give people a little hope.

Thank you Jesse. I totally understand why you can't tell us what will be fixed, but simply telling us that your working on a patch is enough for me. I don't like to be kept in the dark.

This is good to know, I have been planning on buying ME2 for my PS3 for a while. If another patch comes out I will probably get it.

FINALLY some response
better than nothing
at least my ME2 is staying for a longer time before being traded in for something OTHER than Bioware product

I absolutely love the ps3 version even though I've beaten the 360 one more than 5 times.
I was wondering what u meant when u said in your interview with gamepro that the arrival dlc was going to affect mass effect 2. Thankyou for your hard work, i'm counting down the days to ME3.

Saying things like that isn't going to make fixing bugs any faster, neither does it matter in general.

On all platforms or only PS3? The other platforms still have the Conrad Verner import bug.

Is this announcement still valid Bioware? Are you still working on fixing bugs post version 1,02?
