 this account is not my ea account for my xbox 360 and i would like to make it , so i guess my question is how to add my xbox profile onto this one because my old one is linked to an email address that i no longer have. and since i bought the signature edition i have a whole bunch of 16 digit codes that i cant use right now and that is frustrating

You will need to contact EA Support and tell them you want to transfer your gamertag and any other entitlements attached to your old account onto your new account. Your account that you use here on BSN is considered an EA account, so you can have it all transferred to Milhouse2 if you'd like.

thank you paciflen, i did what you said and i got it all transferred, but now that ive redeemed my 16 digit codes, they dont show up on my unlockables screen

yeah they are listed there and i followed the instructions but its still not unlocking in my game

I know a lot of the items don't show up until you get to your first year in Kirkwall, but if you've passed that point and still don't have anything, you might want to check the 360 tech support forum to see if someone else has had the same issue or it may require yet another call to EA tech support. Sorry, that's the limit of my ability to help you, so hope it works out for you.

You dont get any of the items until you get to your house in krikwall.

i remember seeing someone that had to call the ea support to get the issue resolved but i dont remember where i saw it on the forums
