I am not recieving 8 achievments and they are all storieline achievments and i have beaten the game. any insight would be apriciated

I'm not certain whether these are Achievements that haven't unlocked, but their descriptions seem like things I've done.
I've finished the game, and if people can confirm what these are linked to, I'll know if they're glitched: Demon Slayer (kill a certain Pride Demon; Merril's Act3 quest perhaps?) and Exorcist (the Bartrand/Varric Haunted quest?) are two that stand out. Then of course there's the Sebastian GS, but that's now been fixed (delete the Exiled Prince, re-download, then play through it again to unlock. it's worked for me).

Nope. These two achievements are quite missable - you'll need to kill Hybris and Xebenkeck, respectively. Xebenkeck can be done with the Forbidden Knowledge quest in act 2 (you need to destroy the evil tomes) and Hybris by finding the Awiergan scrolls in act 3.Spanishcat wrote...

Thanks for thew heads up. I wonder how it'll work for me considering I've already done Duty.

Yeah, read that, however I didn't reach (in my current playthrough) the point where they fire, so we'll see.

@ Caradoc - ah, thanks for clearing that up. In DA2 it's kinda hard to keep track of side-quests as they seem to throw so many at you, so I simply forget about some. I love DA2, but Kirkwall's a tiny place you have to re-tread so many times, that the idea of scouring locations for hidden items just put me off... I'll try to be a little more thorough on my second full run.
