Am I supposed to use the line, "I'm not looking for love" on Isabela sicne that option is a flirt to continue the romance?

I missed that thing on my first playthrough, but didn't really need it (as Daniel Hawke and Isabela had finally admitted to being in love in Act 3), and my second playthrough she was just a friend, and I picked the "oops, sorry, I just thought it was neat" option. I was funny, seeing Hawke be a little embarrassed upon realizing she'd given something so...suggestive to Isabela.

If romance is already active, you don't have to use that option, it will not break romance. But Hawke and Isabela get to have some fun if you do

Exactly... the "I'm not looking for love" talk will lead to some naughty talk and a fade to black
