I've kiiled the Demon and saved the village, and my quest has updated to say I still need to find a cure for the Arl, but gives no indication of where to look for this.

Do I have more to do in Redcliffe, or do I need to head elsewhere?

People have been telling you about the Urn of Ashes since Lothering. You need to find Brother Genetivi, start looking in Denerim.
