Is this supposed to be packaged with the order, sent via email, or some other method?
Just got my order today, and there was no code enclosed.
Anyone know?

The email that is sent confirming your order to the bioware store should have the code.
I have a black background for my email so I couldn't see it, I had to highlight the entire email to see it.
If it isn't there I don't know where else it could be that is where mine were on two seperate orders.

You should get an order confirmation email that contains the code within - sent a lil while after you make the order. If you order through paypal without making an account, then you may not get the email (the store couldn't know it, thus they can't really send you the email). If you create an account and contact support, they should be able to get a code for you...

Never got an email confirmation. I had to send up a support ticket just to find out if it had shipped, and was told the website was having issues updating. Probably where my confirmation/code went to as well.
Suppose I'll have to send up another support ticket.

Taken care of. Not sure who the lass was, as there was no name on the CS ticket,.but they got it squared away.
