Some talents deal friendly fire damage to characters--e.g. bursting shot.

HOWEVER, they can also obscure party members with an upgrade.

Do they do both on party members with the upgrade?

What of Fatiguing Fog--is that friendly fired/does obscure upgrade take away friendly fire/do both apply?

I don't know of any upgrade to an ability that removes the FF side of it. It usually makes it worse actually (Winter's Grasp).

With that said the obscure bonus to Bursting Arrow lingers after it has exploded so you can step into it and get obscured.

Fatigue Fog never had FF.

My question is: why isn't there AOE damage mapping for melée characters. When I cast whirlwind, and other AOE from a melée character. I have no clue how far it reaches. Game should pause and display (like cone of cold, or firball), with a yellow highlight, where it will hit. And also, give us a tactic that stops aoe use if a party member is within it's range. Something like "Allie: in target fire range", and/or "Allie: not in target fire range". Xbox360 version is impossible w/o that.
