huh ? you will barely be able to get that 100 magic at the end of the game (that is with all the dlcs).
You need 29 lvl to get 100 magic.

29 * 3 = 87 + 13 (starting magic)

For normal mage you need most of your points into a Magic attribute and some into Willpower hmmm let's say 4:1 ( or 3:1) for a start. So if you have 50 points to distribute put 40 into Magic and 10 into Willpower.

You need willpower for Mana but you can gett quite nice boost to mana and willpower from some items.
At the begining boost your willpower to 20 and then keep upping your magic, and if you find that you are running out of mana constantly just put some more points into willpower on your next level up.

For a Blood Mage you don't need to invest any points into Willpower - you need Constitution instead - you will use your HP points to cast your spells.
But how many - i don't know exactly as I have never played Blood Mage so maybe somoene else will help you with that.

I didn't notice that blood magic use HP instead of mana. Thanks. And if I add some dexterity points to increase the probability of critical, would be good?

 I laugh at everyone who says blood mage and spirit healer don't go well together. 

With SH's vitality passive, you pretty much have unlimited BM casting.
