I was playing today when I discovered that I had a rivalry with Sebastian but the relevant achievement still would not unlock. Incedentally, the achievement Rival is not unlocking either, and it should be since Sebastian is the only character in my two playthroughs I have a rivalry with. Am I missing something here, I think these achievements should be unlocking.

You need to download the new version of Exiled Prince. First delete your current Exiled Prince DLC from your 360 hard drive. Then go to download history and re-download the Exiled Prince DLC. Play as normal to get the achievements to unlock.
As for rivalry. You need 100% rivalry for it to unlock. Easiest way to do this is to play as a mage and bring along Carver in your play through of Act 1. Do everything you can to make him be a rival and it should unlock before heading off to the Deep Roads.
