In other words, what are base regeneration rates for health, mana, and stamina (per second) during battle and how is it calculated?

I was wondering this too and how plus regen gear and pancea tie in because unlike origins, I don't see any difference when I put plus regen gear on nor when I stand near Ander's healing esque aura sustain. Health just doesn't wanna go up in combat outside of a potion or a heal spell. Once combat is over though, it shoots up like a rocket, lol.

Each "+1" health or stamina regen is a percentage regen (don't know the exact value), so the effect may be smaller for individual pieces. The effect of Panacea is definitely there, if you put your cursor over your health and watch the numbers go up, it's definitely faster than without it.

So is it safe to assume that each +1 is like .1% of your max whatever bar?

I found the thread with the exact number: http://social.biowar...02405/1#6512101

Each +1 of any kind of regeneration (mana/stamina/health) is 0.025% per second. It is most effective when a) you have a large pool and B) you stack effects.

Personally I can never tell the differenece with the regen rates.  I always use up mana or stamina and it never seem to charge up fast enough.  During a fight I need it asap.  Not 4 or 10 seconds later.

Imo it's better to carry some potion and just boost total mana/stamina.  Then save certain spells or abilities to setup CCCs.  If you can kill fast and quick there is no need for rechargin during a fight.

From what I have read, that recharge rate is not 10% for every point.  It's like .01% or something really low.  If you arene't setup for like +10 regen rate or higfher I don't know if you will really see any difference.

Regen doesnt work like in linked thread. its much less then 0.025% per sec per point. Im not sure whatever the regen is connected to the pool to begin with.

Just tested it, it's percentage based. You can have 500 stamina or 100 it will regen from 0 to 100% at the same rate.

No, from upgraded Rally +600. I don't think there's a difference.

Confirmed base stamina regen is proportional to your stmaina pool.

- Alice has 100 stamina.
- Bob has 300 stamina.

At one time frame Alice will regen 10 stamina points and Bob will regen 30.

Interesting. Does it matter what class Alice and Bob are? From the manual, one would assume that Rogues will only benefit from Rally's regen if they are hitting people, while Mages just need to sit there.
Does it increase all classes "do nothing" stamina/mana regen, or do Rogues and Warriors need to go hit/kill enemies to see a bonus?

No it's a flat bonus. It isn't added to any stamina-return mechanism like rogues' basic attacks or warriors' killing blows.
If you just stand and do nothing it will restore your stamina.

After a few testings I've found something interesting though:
- Base mana and stamina regen is proportional to the mana/stamina pool as I said before.
- However mana regenerates at a rate of about 150% of the stamina regen.

 Which means:
- Bob has 100 stamina
- Alice has 100 mana
At one time frame Bob will regen 10 stamina points and Alice will regen 15 mana points.

This however does not apply to Rally.
If Rally is activated every party member (it doesn't affect the activating warrior) will regen 12.5% of his stamina/mana pool every two seconds.
