I want to replace the Mage character, that I never play with, into something that combines ability tree's from all 3 classes.  I know you can add abilities to classes, I have the dual wielding warrior mod, but can they be taken away?  Also will there be a conflict with the mana/stamina?  I just want to find the right mix of abilities to create the perfect RPG character to play with.

If youhave the pc version with devconsole enable you can remove a talent tree with the command:
runscript removetalent "talentnumber"
There's no conflict beetween mana and stamina. For display reasons you can't have more than 12 talent trees (mabari included). If you ad more you are not seeing them in the character menu.
I hope this answered your questions.

Can I add them with runscript addtalent "talentnumber"? Also does anybody have the list of talent numbers or do I need to use trail and error?

Awesome, just about to finish up my third playthrough so this will be put to good use on my next one. Can't wait. I'm also excited that I can still use my warrior and get this. I just imagine this is what a human Sandal would be like.

Only problem with having multiple classes is that it can affect dialogue and having the dead sibling come back to life and have a conversation with you but is invisible.

I'm going to use the console to add and remove talents and spells, not change the class, would this still cause that problem?

Adding another classes talents/spells will put you in that class too.

On my first playthough, close to the end of the game I added all the mage spells into my character and then I was being referenced as a mage and on the last part where Bethany came back it had Carver talking but he was invisible.

I am on 360 but I am 100% sure it would do the same on PC since the 360 and PC are 95% identical

So my character, in the end, was a Rogue Mage.

I understand now, I wish lock picking transferred when you added a rogue ability to warrior that way I could pick locks too, but I'll just have to see how it works and if I have to many problems I'll just go with stuff from only Warrior and Rogue.

If you add talent trees editing your savegame you are going to mess the plot, but if you add talent trees using the devconsole method (only pc versions) i'm positive the plot isn't changing at all becouse you remain the class you choose in the beginning of the game.

I only plan on using the console to add the trees. I don't plan to use the GFF editor at all during this process.

I tried it and it works. Only to level 7 so I haven't fleshed out all of the tree's but I haven't seemed to have any problems yet.
